In 1999, Randy Kelly after working at the University of Cincinnati for 10 years in the IT department, and Brian Willis a student at the University began Technology Services Group Inc. (TSG).A fast review of the partners skill sets quickly determined the direction the company was heading. Randy had a background in communications, cabling, telephone systems and network electronics. Brian’s background was in desktop and server systems, software, hardware and programming. It became obvious that these two could find a solution and fill the needs virtually any small to mid-sized company could have. TSG was marketed as a full-service help desk providing a single source for all technology needs.
